The PCB diamond cutting blade cuts PCBs, ceramic substrates, FR-4 boards, etc., fitting special saws or CNC dividers for precise cutting and panel splitting. With hard, wear-resistant diamond tips, it reduces burrs/delamination, has low stress and long life, ideal for thin substrate precision machining and automated lines.

It suits PCB-specific saws, CNC board dividers, traverse machines, and some automated lines for mass/precision substrate cutting.
